🧩 Your role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing both individual and enterprise customers. Your role will be to teach them about our product, help facilitate training, and provide them with the right tools and products to grow their businesses. You will play a crucial role in helping our restaurant users maximize their success and bottom-line by utilizing Mealco better.

At Mealco you will:

• Develop strong working relationships with restaurant users to enable their success, solve issues, and gather feedback
• Grow current selected customers by upselling new and exciting brands to restaurant users
• Manage user scorecards to provide next-level performance insights to all users
• Work with larger enterprise accounts with oversight of multiple user locations
• Analyze data and develop insights that drive individual user improvement plans
• Orchestrate and lead cross-collaboration efforts with internal teams to analyze, plan, and communicate the right products, and best practices for each account
