🧩 Your Role
Mealco is looking for a visionary who is ready to combine B2B sales experience with authentic people leadership. This individual knows what an established, top-tier sales organization looks like, and they’re not afraid to roll up their sleeves and build an even higher-tier team of their own at Mealco.
As Mealco’s sales leader, you’ll own one of the company’s most crucial OKRs: growing Mealco’s network of restaurant partners. You’ll work directly with the rest of the Executive team and be a key contributor to the company’s strategic roadmap. Your team of direct reports already has talent from both food startups as well as the space’s biggest players, and it’s only getting stronger.
🚀 What you will do
- Work directly with our CEO and VPs to build and scale Sales and BizDev functions across the United States
- Own the aggressive growth of new and existing restaurant partnerships by evolving our sales strategy, tactics, and training
- Monitor and report on partnership progress internally, using in-depth data and analytics from our CRM and native data sources
- Analyze and identify strategic markets and contribute to Mealco’s GTM strategy for new verticals
- Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to build best-in-class sales collateral and provide real-time insights to improve Mealco’s value proposition
- Conduct 1-on-1s, call listenings, call recording reviews, and ongoing coaching and training for your team in order to contribute to their professional and personal development
🔍 What we are looking for
- Experience building and leading multidimensional sales organizations and establishing goals that align teams, motivate long-term success and reward performance
- 6+ years of B2B sales leadership
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal daily guidance
- Strong coaching and leadership ability with a track record of talent development success
