🧩 What you will do

The Market Launcher role is dynamic; it evolves over time. Typically, a Market Launcher comes onboard just before launching a city. During the launch phase, the Market Launcher is focused on go-to-market efforts: conducting market research, prospecting and selling, and advising on marketing campaigns. As the market scales, the Market Launcher might move to launch another city, or their role may shift to more toward strategic initiatives and cross-functional management.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to successfully launch Mealco into new markets
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, marketing, and operations to define and iterate on Mealco’s value proposition and positioning
• Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches, gather customer feedback and insights, and adjust strategies as necessary
• Build market entry playbooks, create SOPs, lead strategic initiatives, consolidate your learnings and share recommendations with the team

🔍 What we are looking for

• You have 1-5 years experience in scaling companies, building playbooks, strategic planning, managing a P&L, market entry and/or sales
• You have a bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in business, marketing, or a related field
• You are bold! You seek to uproot the existing food landscape and are driven to make an impact on peoples' lives by helping us democratize the food industry
• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are excited to build something new
• You have excellent verbal and written communication
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams, such as product management, sales, marketing, and operations
